MODIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL CONTRACTS
Nessen will endeavor to accommodate all reasonable and implementable requests for modifications to standard lamps and special-order products for contract qualities.
RESIDENTIAL
No minimum quantities are required for special orders. Pricing will be determined by the nature of the changes and the quantities involved.
COMMERCIAL
We can modify the height of a lamp, adjust the length of a swing arm, relocate a switch, apply a custom finish, substitute LED for incandescent technology, alter shade dimensions and fabrics, or provide special wiring.
Such accommodations are offered for two reasons: to meet specific design requirements, or to scale features up or down in order to align with quality and budget considerations for larger projects.
LIFECARE, HOSPITAL, AND INSTITUTIONAL PROJECTS
These features may be incorporated into Nessen lamps intended for senior living, retirement centers, and institutional and other installations where safety and security require special considerations.
DIMENSIONS
Specify new dimensions for lamp height, width, or swing-arm extension. Adjust the height of fixed upright tubes. Define the size and shape of the base. Customize the column/shade break, and modify shade dimensions as needed.
ELECTRICAL
Add an electrified base with convenience outlets and USB-A/C ports. Adjust switch locations and types, select socket type and quantity, and choose from a range of cord sets and plug types.
SECURITY
Minimize tampering with a locking finial, perforated shade top disc, plastic bottom disc, and polycarbonate bulb enclosure. Provide extended pipe for through-surface installation. A disc covering the grommet hole may also be designed as a base, replacing the standard base.
FINISH
Choose from ten metal finishes, 25 painted finishes, or a custom finish of your choice. Shade materials include a variety of linens, washable trilaminate fabrics, vinyl, acrylic, glass, and more.
